As well as aggression, other behaviours that may be
challenging and a result of unmet need include;
wandering, apathy, refusal of medication and
inappropriate sexual behaviour. The following short
videos demonstrate an inexperienced student nurse
and an experienced registered nurse dealing with
two of these behaviours; apathy and inappropriate
sexual behaviour. Consider whether autonomy is
being respected in these videos.
